So...you've ordered your new hair, WHAT'S NEXT???

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Step 1 - YOUR NEW HAIR WILL ARRIVE

IN 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS

 

We will contact you when it arrives & help you set up

a pick-up appointment!

 

*It could take longer if the item is back ordered. We will inform you if this is the case.*

 

Step 2 - SET UP A PICK-UP

APPOINTMENT

During this 30 min appointment we will ensure your new hair is

just right! A consultant will assist you with fitting it properly and answering

any questions.

 

Step 3 - LEARN HOW TO CARE FOR

YOUR NEW HAIR

​

Once you've established your new hair is PERFECT, your consultant

will then instruct you on how to care for your new hair properly.

​

Step 4 - START WEARING YOUR HAIR LIKE A STAR & SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

WHAT'S OUR RETURN POLICY??

POLICY

  •    In your pickup appointment, you can exchange unworn, unaltered items with a $35 restocking fee.

​

  •    Once the new hair has left our doors we can no longer except exchanges.

​

  •    Wigs & Toppers can NOT be returned.

​

  •    If an item is exchanged for a lower costing item, you will receive the difference in price as in store credit.*
